We are a club for young people with autism who love to play sports and have fun. We offer a variety of sports activities that are suitable for different levels of ability and interest. Whether you want to play football, basketball, cricket, rounders, archery, dodgeball, badminton, curling, pool, or table tennis, we have something for you!

Why Sports?

Sports and exercise are not only good for your body, but also for your mind and your social skills.

Research has shown that physical activity can provide many benefits for people with autism, such as:

  • Improved motor skills, such as balance, coordination, and agility

  • Enhanced skill-related fitness, such as speed, power, and reaction time

  • Increased muscular strength and endurance, which can help prevent obesity and other health problems

  • Reduced negative behaviors, such as body rocking, head nodding, or self-injury

  • Nurtured self-worth, confidence, and self-esteem

  • Developed social skills, such as communication, cooperation, and teamwork
